Felipe is Senior Partner at Dalgalarrando y Cía. For more than 25 years he has concentrated his practice in corporate finance and capital markets, particularly in cross-border financings and secured transactions, advising foreign banks, foreign corporations and international financial institutions. He has also represented both purchasers and sellers, in several M&A transactions, and issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions.
